A sunrise session… that almost didn’t happen 😂
Apparently, beaches can be CLOSED. Like… CLOSED CLOSED 😅 Who knew?!

The beach was closed because they’re expanding the shoreline and bringing in sand from farther offshore (aka beach nourishment, which I’m sure is the fancy technical term 😂). So there I was, driving in BOTH directions as far as I could trying to find an open stretch of beach for my clients.
By the time we finally found our spot, the sun was no longer giving us a soft sunrise glow… she was FULL BLOWN !

A HUGE shoutout to my clients for being so patient, flexible, and understanding while I figured it all out. Sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control, and I’m so grateful for clients who roll with the punches right alongside me

And honestly… fun fact about me as a photographer: I LOVE shooting in full sun. 🙌🏼 So thankfully, once we got settled, that gorgeous sunshine was absolutely NOT a problem for me

Because sometimes the plan changes… and you just make some magic anyway

All my Biloxi peeps, go give this small business owner some love! ❤️
As many of you know, my house flooded back in June, and this company made it so much easier for us to store the very few items we were able to save.
Not only are their totes strong and sturdy, but they deliver, which was a HUGE help during such a stressful time. Not having to worry about finding and buying boxes at the last minute took one more thing off our plate.
They are reliable, communicate well, and truly made a difficult situation a little easier.
If you’re moving locally, need to store a few things, or just need temporary storage for whatever reason, these are the guys to call! 🙌🏼

This little guy is officially ONE, and we celebrated with a Toy Story cake smash
His parents have chosen to keep his face off social media, and I 100% respect and support that

🤍 Every now and then, they give me the okay to capture a few little details and moments where he can’t be seen and I’m always so grateful they trust me with those memories
So while you may not see his sweet face, you can still see a little bit of the magic from his first birthday 🥹✨

I've been a little MIA, and for good reason. Our home flooded, and life was completely turned upside down. But through it all, I never stopped showing up for my clients.
While I was quiet online, I was still creating, capturing memories, and pouring my heart into every session. Now that things are slowly falling back into place, it's time these beautiful galleries get the spotlight they deserve.
Starting with this sweet little one. 🤍 Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this season. I'm so excited to finally share everything I've been working on.

BTW, still havent fixed my facebook/IG posting situation 🤣 so ill just double, triple post haha
