Catching up on a few summer sessions over here!

This graduation party from June was such a hit! The parents thought of every little detail — from the VW photo booth van and tiki bar theme to an incredible hibachi dinner. I loved capturing all the thoughtful touches along with the big moments of celebrating their graduate.

Thinking about doing your family photos in a studio space? There are pros and cons to consider- but I just loved how comfortable this space is and all variety we were able to create at the You’re So Fancy studio in Royal Oak.

We got bright and cozy family photos, more intimate photos in a room set up with a bed and ended with those beautiful bassinet photos as well.

The end of elementary school… and I didn’t cry. How is that possible?
But with each year that passes, everything just keeps getting better.
Especially knowing how it started.
He was part of the Kindergarten Covid class—a time filled with so much uncertainty, so many adjustments, and more asked of them than we ever expected at that age.
But looking back now, I can so clearly see how each grade has been part of his story that continues to unfold.
I’m so excited for this next chapter.
This season has reminded me not to hold on so tightly, but to truly witness it as it unfolds 🤍
