An overdue change. Karlye Alana Photography has served me well. It's been the foundation of which I've grown my business, the Lord has molded that name into something l've never dreamed it would be...and He has used you all to do so. Since announcing my engagement I've got so many questions on a logo or name change, but the truth is, it's been in the works. But not for those reasons at all. (Although, I will be wearing the Farmer’s last name like a crown! 💍)
During the seasons of growth I've merged my editorial, magazine and documentary works with K.A.’s lifestyle everyday works in an effort to (in all honesty, not have to run more socials 😅) but through grace, it's grown so much in the past two years that it’s nearly unavoidable to separate the two; along with that it has become confusing and sometimes watered down to those seeking to find dedication in the doc/editorial realm.
Karlye Alana will now serve the business name for those works, true, and for the everyday clientele we're gearing it a bit...different. 🌞 no real "change", just commitment to a style I already call home. The sunsets, the evening minis, the family sessions, the mama + me's, the heirlooms. An interest for the details, the captured small frames, the sweet things...the little honey moments. 🍯
This is no goodbye, it is the welcoming of a new page, come Fall 2026!
