13 years ago this sweet family came into my life when I taught their son in school and their mom worked as the secretary at the school I taught at in Knoxville. A few years later they moved 4 hours away, and I honestly didn't think we'd probably see each other again.

Fast forward to two and half years ago, and the Lord brought my husband and I to the SAME town that this sweet family moved to. They have been such a blessing and encouragement to us both 13 years ago, and to this day.

I'm thankful for faithful, godly friends! And what a joy it was to be able to capture this huge milestone for their daughter! God has big plans in store for her!

I'm so thankful for our soldiers and the sacrifices they and their families make, and have made, for our safety and freedom.

This couple has been the biggest blessing to our church and family. They have become like family to us, and I wanted to capture a keepsake of their love as he prepares for deployment.
