Francesco fills my feed again! Someone messaged me to check the Small Stones page tonight.

Wow! What an honor! I am humbled and grateful that people were drawn to the story of Francesco. Not only was it the textures of all the photo’s elements, but also the imagined story lines and all the “I wonder” contemplations he inspires.

is such a great exhibition. Tomorrow is the last day to take it all in… 144 pieces of fine art — paintings and photography — that showcase the enormous talent of Central MA.

Thanks to Small Stones for another fantastic art festival. And to the fabulous venue of Brigham Hill Community Farm. So much goes into coordinating these shows and it does not go unnoticed!

🐦 HAPPY NATIONAL BIRD DAY! 🐦

🤪Yes, Kaleigh has sometimes called me a crazy bird lady.

🦉Yes, people sometimes refer to me as the owl lady.

🐦 What began with a bluebird box in our backyard in 2015 and a heaping load of curiosity has led me on a journey of learning.

❄️ Then a snowy owl workshop In 2019 inspired me to focus my camera on nature and wildlife.

⏰ Yesterday around 3:45pm I felt a pull to check for my owl buddy who I call Bartleson (Bartle).

📷 I only got a few seconds with him and the light was horrible, but it was magical nonetheless.

He flew off and after a while, I followed. Then I watched two owls fly further into the woods.

It’s nice to know he’s still around and that he has a friend, hopefully a mate.

It’s amazing how many birds and animals you notice when you pay attention. 👀

When the tiniest little jewel brings a thunderous overwhelming beat to my heart.

I heard it first, low in the bush. My eyes lit up as I looked down. Allen’s Hummingbird, a lifer for me.

I spent about an hour observing and clicking with nature.

What a gift!

The ocean provides many gifts.

“A Moving Experience” series of three prints is now available in ’s ART SHOP.

I’ll never forget this outing at Plum Island with two of my camera club friends. It was my first attempt at Intentional Camera Movement at the ocean.

Indeed, it was a moving experience in more ways than one.

All paintings, prints, and sculptures are under $499.

As John and I walked along Lake Chauncy I mentioned the possibility of a GBH still being around. On our way back I spotted one hiding behind lots of brush. I was thrilled we could get a better view of him. It was so blustery and cold. Super fun observing him for a bit.
