Hi everyone 💜 My name is Yesenia, but most people know me simply as Yessi.
This year has been such a special season in my life. I just celebrated my 28th birthday on July 17 🎂, on September 6th my husband and I celebrated our 8-year wedding anniversary! We’ve been together since we were just kids—over 16 years now—and I couldn’t be more grateful for the man who has stood by my side through every dream, every challenge, and every new beginning. Together, we’re raising our 3 beautiful children, who are truly my world. They are my light, my grace, and my daily inspiration to keep chasing after the things that bring me joy. ✨
One of those joys has been photography. 📸 I’m just starting out on this journey, but every time I pick up my camera, it feels like I’m stepping into something God always meant for me to find.
🌟 My “why”: I believe every single person carries a light placed within them by God. Through my lens, I want to capture that light and preserve the beauty He’s created in each of us.
🌟 My vision: My hope is that during your session with me, you feel loved, seen, celebrated, and at peace—because you deserve to have your story captured in a way that feels true and timeless.
🌟 My goals: I’m currently building my portfolio and offering free sessions while I continue to learn and grow in my craft. My dream is to one day be doing photography full-time, creating memories for families and couples that they can treasure forever.

💜 My favorite color is purple—it’s always been “my color.”
☕️ Caramel protein iced coffees are my weakness.
🎶 I love to sing worship songs and thank God for everything He’s done in my life.
📸 I can spend hours editing photos because I get lost in the beauty of the little details.
🐾 I’m an animal lover through and through—big or small, I believe every creature has a purpose in God’s design.
This is just the beginning of my journey with Lumen & Grace Photography, but already, my heart is so full. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me. And thank you to anyone who will allow me the honor of capturing your story through my lens. 💌
