It was cold and windy, the weather was not on our side for a photoshoot. We didn't realize the high for the day was first thing in the morning This little guy did amazing for a no nap kind of day!

Today the kids and I went to The Om Well Collective. Jeanna did an amazing job with the kids for their kids yoga session. They focused on breathing techniques and how the holidays and Christmas can bring up a lot of emotions. The space is absolutely perfect and she was so informative and the kids had a blast. The one who was so nervous about going decided he wanted to take more classes to help his breathing techniques!
