I filmed the dedication on July 11 and put it together as a short documentary about how the name got there. The years of work to get the designation through the General Assembly. The state pulling the sign installation the day before the ceremony. The community putting the signs up themselves anyway. The second sign on 87th, for Wadea Al-Fayoume. And where this community stands right now.
