This day unfolded along the Oregon Coast, tucked into Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor, my favorite place in the world.

Where crystal-clear rivers wind through towering redwoods, cliffs drop into endless ocean, and moody skies somehow make everything feel even more alive. Ferns everywhere. Salt in the air.

It’s the kind of place you come for an elopement… and end up staying for a few extra days, chasing coastline, eating incredible seafood, and closing it all out at a low-key local brewery.

Honestly, it doesn’t get better than this.

One of my favorite things is when my couples *wish* for rainy weather on their elopement day. 🌧️

Not only does it show they’re ready to embrace whatever the day brings, but it also creates a magical atmosphere—think misty landscapes, crashing waves, and glistening raindrops. 🌫️
