A massive 830sq feet studio space, corner loft unit bathed in stunning light with SE & SW facing brand new windows on two walls, brand new wooden floors, in a beautiful well maintained, professionally cleaned artist building with 24/7 key fob access, elevator, clean and professional lobby area, slop sink, kitchenette and brand new bathrooms on each floor.
Choose either a 2-day membership ($600/month) or a 4-day membership ($800/month), both including secure 24/7 year-round storage. That's just $300 per unlimited shooting day for the 2-day membership or $200 per unlimited shooting day for the 4-day membership—an incredible value that's hard to find anywhere in Williamsburg.
This price includes all utilities. heat, ac, wifi, equipment and storage space is provided w/ some communal equipment.
First month's rent + security deposit. Security is fully refundable at the end of your membership, provided the membership agreement has been fulfilled. 7 total people sharing a google calendar for easy bookings.
