Fresh 48 🤍

Fresh 48 sessions have become something so incredibly dear to my heart to photograph.

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a mom myself, but there’s something about stepping into those first 48 hours that feels like I get to secretly relive one of the most raw, emotional, and beautiful moments of life.

The sleepy snuggles. The tiny fingers and toes. The skin-to-skin. The way a new mom looks at her baby. The love that fills the room before you’ve even had time to process that they’re finally here.

It’s such a fleeting, sacred season—and I feel so honored every time a family allows me into that space to document it for them.

Because these moments may feel like they last forever when you’re in them… but they truly go by in the blink of an eye. 🤍

It is so refreshing to see people investing in the next generation.

The Britt Kearce Memorial Scholarship is making such a meaningful impact in the lives of these young baseball players, and it’s incredible to watch that legacy continue to grow throughout our community.

As a photographer, it was an absolute honor to be on the Gwinnett Braves field capturing these special moments—from watching the scholarship recipients throw out the first pitch to documenting the celebration between innings. But beyond the photos, what meant the most was seeing each player surrounded by the people who love and support them most.

There was so much joy, pride, and emotion in the stands. It was a beautiful reminder that this scholarship is about so much more than baseball. It’s about honoring Britt’s legacy by encouraging young athletes, supporting families, and investing in futures.

Thank you to everyone who continues to make this scholarship possible. What you’re doing matters, and I know Britt would be incredibly proud of the lives being touched through his name.
