Did someone say discount??

I went into this year with the intention of building my portfolio and really leaning into community and networking, which is a big reason why I’ve posted so many discount opportunities the last couple of months 🙌🏼

So to add to the discount line-up, I want to offer small event photography at $100/hr (typically $175+/hr!) for the 2026 summer and fall season!

- ribbon cutting/grand openings

- …whatever else you can think of!

✨ this does not apply to weddings (I still only offer courthouse or true micro), large events (50+ people), or corporate events ✨

Also I just want to say - I never want to feel inaccessible to people. Everyone deserves photos and I am very accommodating 💛 while this is a business I try not making it feel like a job. I started this because I know how much having photos means to me and I want to be there to provide the same for you 💛

Thankful for families who can pivot when necessary 💛

One of the hardest parts of photography is the weather. When a session is booked we kind of just cross our fingers and hope for a decent day - but when that doesn’t happen, or the lighting is fighting against us, I really appreciate all of the grace my clients have shown through the years when needing to reschedule! Your photos mean a lot to me, and if I know the results will be better on a different date or time I will always lets you know! 💛

Over the last couple of years I’ve got the chance to meet a lot of mothers…

Mothers who:
Are expecting new life
Are going through a loss
Are welcoming their first baby
Are welcoming their last
Are navigating a difficult diagnosis
Are celebrating answered prayers
Are watching their babies have babies
Are watching their own mother grow older
Are wishing time would slow down
Are finding themselves again
Are exhausted but still show up anyway
Are trying to make ordinary moments magical
Are celebrating milestones, both big and small

I’ve met a lot of mothers. But it wasn’t until I became one that I realized what it really meant to carry such a title.

To the mothers in my life and those have read this far - I’m so proud of you.

📣 📸 2026/2027 SENIOR MINI SESSIONS!!

Because sometimes you just need a handful of good images to put in the yearbook, graduation announcements, or to finally replace that school photo from 3rd grade that’s been on the mantle forever 😅

Not everyone needs two hour sessions with multiple outfits and locations (and let’s be real, those sessions cost quite a bit more and life is already really expensive right now), and that’s exactly why I want to offer high school senior mini sessions this summer! Short, simple, lower cost, and still enough to capture this era of your life.

$150 • 15 minutes • 10 photos

📍 location to be determined but will likely be between Burlington and Kenosha, WI!

“Here I am, send me”

Obedience means being willing to go wherever God calls, and after nearly 30 years of pouring their hearts into Journey Church, Pastor Kevin and Pastor Joelene are stepping into that call, allowing their love and passion for Jesus to reach and impact so many more.

While it’s hard to imagine this house without them, the impact of their leadership and the seeds they’ve planted will be felt for years and years to come.

I believe I speak on behalf of everyone when I say, thank you Pastors Kevin and Joelene, for your commitment and passion in making it easy to find and experience God. We are so excited for all that’s ahead for the two of you! ✝️

Wisconsin weather has made it hard to keep up with the Flour & Field series in the cold months, but now that we are thawing out and spring has sprung I couldn’t think of a better stand than Hope Farm & Garden to kick off the series again!

Lisa’s passion for this stand is evident - she prides herself on having her hands on every 👏🏼 single 👏🏼 flower 👏🏼 arrangement 👏🏼 that is available. Each hanging basket, porch pot, and quirky display has been crafted by her own hands and the quality is outstanding!
