These kiddos, especially the older one, gave me a run for my money today. They were so fun though. These kiddos belong to a good friend of my husband’s, and today was the first time I have ever met them. You wouldn’t know it by how quickly they warmed up to me. At least I know they like me 😂😂

Being able to reconnect with people for photo sessions has been pretty fun for me. I haven’t seen Kaleb since he was still in diapers, and realizing it’s been long enough that it is time for his senior pictures was definitely something that took a minute to wrap my mind around. I am excited to edit these pictures though. Here’s a quick sneak peek!

Fun fact, he forgot his band shoes so he was in black socks which made for a funny thing to have to work around, but we figured it out. Thankfully the field was turf though!

I was recently able to do a session for my cousin Shelly and her husband and sweet girls. During the session I couldn’t help but think of the corny photoshoot we (Me, Shelly, and Starla) did during one of the summers I spent in South Carolina with my Aunt Elsie and then later Shelly and her family. Shelly does not generally post her girls on social media, but I was given permission to post to help advertise. Out of respect I am only going to post a few of my favorites from the session.

Also, how have I lived in the Canton area for the past almost 15 years and have remained completely unaware of how great of a spot for photos the Canton Garden Center is??

I will be offering Back to School Fall Micro-Mini shoots for the school-aged kiddos (Preschool through 11th grade only, message me about a senior portrait session) from August 28th through October 3rd. These quick sessions are a perfect and affordable alternative to the generic, overpriced school photos with way more personality and charm.

I will be booking just 20 sessions to start, but I may open more if there’s enough interest.
