Have fun during the session!

I’m a big fan of following the child during sessions. Maybe it’s the Montessorian in me, or maybe it’s the fact that this allows genuine smiles, endless giggles, and the capture of core memories. Over the last month, I have transitioned out of the classroom into an administrative assistant position, which has been a rewarding adjustment. These sessions over the last month have allowed me to continue building relationships with families and have reminded me of why I got into education in the first place—the kids! I’m so fortunate to be able to merge my creative half with my other half that enjoys and understands human development.
