July, August, and September are the only FULL months when the park is fully open.

In the springtime like in May and June, they open up access for hikers and bikers to enter further into the park then cars can go while they are in the process of removing snow.

I recorded this on June 15 and Going to the Sun Road is not fully open yet and it’s 80° outside 😆

Please share this with your guests! I want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible, and part of that is setting as many expectations as I can before you arrive. There will be many unexpected moments on an Elopement day and my job is to prepare us to enjoy those!

Last night in Glacier was unforgettably special. What do you do when your ceremony site is closed, Glacier is flooding, it’s downpouring during your ceremony?

Answer: hold each other tighter, laugh with your family, and embrace the beauty of mother nature

Eloping in Glacier is literally getting married in the wilderness! It’s unpredictable and can really put you in your place sometimes. But if you are open to embracing everything, Glacier has to offer your day could be even more special than you can imagine. 

This was an extreme case, but if you get married in Glacier national Park, your permit is not changeable. Which means we will be out in all types of weather!

If you’re planning on coming in May, honestly you might as well come at the end of June and get the full road open in my opinion 🤷‍♀️

Of course there are other expenses like a flight or a car rental or an Airbnb, but everyone’s way of visiting will be different so I just wanted to talk about the required cost of a ceremony in the park.

My 2hr photography package is $1,490 and comes with permit, assistance, timeline, planning, location, scouting, and unlimited edited photos!

To book your photographer you need a date set so they can reserve it for you. Your photographer will likely have vendor recommendations, making the second half of your planning much easier!

Your photographer is also there to help you plan your locations, timeline, and apply for necessary permits.

Boom! That’s like half of the planning done for you!

My couples get access to all of my resources so they’re not planning alone and they have someone they can ask questions to!
