The 308 seasoning set from took this roasted chicken and potatoes over the top!! I cooked it indirect on the at 325° until the breast meat hit 160°. Once it hit 160° I glazed the chicken with hot honey let@it go until it hit 165° internal. That big ole BGE cast iron skillet was perfect for this cook. Thanks for the cook inspo on this one

Steak night on the is always undefeated. I seasoned these ribeyes with Sergio’s Rub and reverse seared them with a chunk of mesquite. Cooked them to a perfect medium rare and sliced them with my 8” Kanso chefs knife.

Threw down some St Louis ribs this week on the
I seasoned these up with Holy Voodoo and let them go for about 3.5hr at 225° with a few chunks of pecan wood until the internal temp hot 170°. After that I put some brown sugar, honey and butter on some foil and wrapped them up and back on the BGE for about an 1hr (203° internal). After a couple hours of rest in the cooler these were ready to eat 🙌🏼
