✨ SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY SPOTLIGHT ✨

This week, I’m shouting out Lauren Urich Yoga!

I actually met Lauren as one of her yoga students first, before I ever worked with her on the business side, and she very quickly became one of my favorite people to learn from.

She just makes yoga feel... not intimidating.

You don’t have to walk in already knowing what you’re doing, be super flexible, or feel like you have to keep up with everyone else. You can literally just show up, explore movement, and be where you’re at that day. I love that about her and the space she’s created.

And since I’ve known her, I’ve watched her create so much more, from parties and workshops to retreats, community sound baths, and now her Yoga Teacher Training...which is kind of a big deal. ✨

I’m especially excited to shout out the YTT because I got a little behind-the-scenes look at how much heart she’s poured into it when I photographed some of the content for her workbook.

You can tell this isn’t something she just threw together. She’s poured so much thought and heart into it, and it’s really cool getting to watch someone you already loved learning from keep growing into the next version of what they’re creating.

✨ SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY | SEPTEMBER ✨

This September, I want to do something a little different and use Saturdays to celebrate some of the small businesses I’ve had the chance to work with this past year.

Some through photography.
Some through brand design and logos.
Some through mentorship and brand strategy support.

Each one has crossed my path in a different way, and I’m so excited to celebrate what they’re building, growing, and bringing to our community. 🤍

From one small business owner to another, I know how personal this journey can be. The risk, reinvention, problem solving, and the quiet growth that happens long before anyone else sees the finished version.

Witnessing even a small part of that is one of the things I love most about working with other small businesses. When someone reaches a new milestone or steps into a bigger version of what they’ve been building, I'm here to celebrate it!
