There’s just something magical about seeing Charleston from the water. 🌊⚓️

Today’s harbor cruise was one for the books! We were lucky enough to spot playful dolphins swimming alongside the boat 🐬, cruise past the historic USS Yorktown 🇺🇸, and take in the incredible views of Fort Sumter where the first shots of the Civil War were fired. 🏰

From the stunning waterfront mansions along Sullivan’s Island to the beautiful historic homes lining The Battery, every turn offered another postcard-worthy view. And of course, no Charleston harbor adventure is complete without passing beneath the iconic Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge—what an engineering masterpiece! 🌉

Charleston never disappoints. History, wildlife, beautiful architecture, and unforgettable scenery all wrapped into one incredible afternoon. ❤️

Nothing beats spending a summer day making memories with a couple of my grandbabies! 🍑❤️ We had an amazing time at the Schuler Peach Farm Festival—picking out a bounty of fresh peaches, juicy blackberries, plums, sweet corn, tomatoes, squash, zucchini and all kinds of farm-fresh veggies. 🌽🍅🫐

There’s just something special about slowing down, supporting local farmers, and watching little faces light up with excitement over fresh-picked fruit (and maybe a peach cobbler or two 😉). Days like these remind me that the sweetest harvest isn’t what’s in the bags—it’s the memories we make together. ❤️👨‍👧‍👦

🌉🇬🇧 From Bristol to Cardiff & Back Again! 🏰🎶🍕

We crossed the majestic Prince of Wales Bridge into the heart of Cardiff, Wales — first stop: the legendary Cardiff Castle, where history echoes through stone towers and ancient walls 🏰📜. Then we browsed tunes at the iconic Spillers Records, the world's oldest record shop 🎵🛍️.

🍕 Lunch hit the spot at The Real Italian Pizza Company, serving up wood-fired perfection, followed by a sweet stop at Fabulous Welshcakes for warm, buttery bites of Welsh tradition 🍪❤️

After a scenic ride back across the Severn Bridge, we capped the day at Clifton Suspension Bridge, and yes — we even slid down the rock slide like kids again! 😄🪨🌉
