I can’t remember if I’ve ever introduced you guys to my family. The first pic is my mom and all of her grandkids minus Ari (she was sick) and the 3 newborns all 3 of my brothers decided to pop out in September and October lol. My mama always wanted grandkids and now she was NINE! lol These are last years’ Valentine’s Day photos but they are too cute not to share. Last year I had the privilege of documenting my best friends 10 year loc journey before he cut them to his shoulders (they grew back within a week…not fr but also fr lol). It was both a privilege and an honor because my best friend inspired me to loc my hair as well. Documenting this is a reminder that no matter what we have taken years to grow, as soon as we cut that “dead thing” off it gives room for expedited growth!
