Jordan G Photography I just want to bring passion to every photo I take, every moment I capture, every love story I see. But why photography? Why do I have a passion for it?

At 15 years young, I found myself in search of a hobby, and picked up a professional camera for the very first time. Little did I know how one seemingly insignificant decision would lead me towards one of my greatest passions. With some hard work (and plenty of trial and error), I started shooting families, seniors, engagements, and eventually my biggest dream of all, weddings. Well, have you ever

heard lines like, “They grow up so fast!”, or “You’re only young and in love once.”? There’s a significant amount of truth to this. Moments don’t last forever. In fact, that’s the defining quality of a moment. They’re over in the blink of an eye. My goal is to preserve them with the “blink” of my camera shutter. It’s not only my goal but my privilege. School starting, summer behind us.

What a beautiful one it was, making me very excited for what fall has in store.

One of my favorite things about the seasons starting to change (NC has a little ways to go!) is how my style looks different in each season. Not because my editing has changed, but because of the colors - from bright summer hues to muted earth tones. It’s always a treat 😍

Mondays are still for intros at Jordan G Photography.

For my young life, photography has been my longest career - next month I’m coming up on 13 years (I think? I’m losing count!)

I initially started photography to fill a void in my life as a teenager still trying to fit in in a new(ish) city. While I had dreams of what I wanted it to become, I never would’ve imagined how far I would go.

As I’m entering my “teen” years, I’m learning that less is more, what you take in effects how you shoot and see the world, and loving what you do doesn’t mean you always like it.

I absolutely love photography for all it gives me and how I get to serve others in my professional and personal life.

In my free time, you can find me digging into the next crime show, smushing my husband’s face, walking with the dogs, gym or running, and fellowship with friends.

Hope you learned something new! 13 is going to be a sweet year. 🖤
