This past year I have done a ton of self reflecting. When God told me to stop shooting weddings I had no idea what was in store for me. I lost my passion, I lost what I worked so hard for. But truthfully the past year I’ve learned what I truly love to photograph. I love to capture small little families. I love to capture it in a organic way. No pressure. Where kids are just playing with mama + daddy. And if they stop feeling it, let them run.. let them play. To photograph it all. Because truthfully this is how I want my families to remember there photoshoot. Not the screaming babies, not the extremely posed ones where the parents are getting frustrated if the babies aren’t looking. Just a fun care free day! That’s my goal for these family shoots. 🧡
