Caring for your Hand-Knit Accessories -- Hand knits don't like the washer and dryer. To care for your new accessories, I recommend washing by hand in Woolite and cool water. Thoroughly rinse out soap and then blot garment between towels do get rid of excess water. Lay out on a towel, reshape, and allow to air dry.

As Tanya was gearing up for her holiday photo sessions, I had this idea to incorporate jingle bells into some jester hats - but only for the older kids. The baby got a pom-pom on his hat. The kids had a great time jingling the bells and kept Tanya busy trying to get great pictures.
