Eggplant salad with pepper and cumin
📜 COMPOSITION
⭐️ Eggplants - 4 pieces
⭐️ Ground red pepper - to taste
⭐️ Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
⭐️ Garlic - 2 cloves
⭐️ Cumin - to taste
⭐️ Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
⭐️ Carrot - 1 piece
⭐️ Salt - to taste
1. Cut eggplants and carrots into cubes (smaller carrots) and boil in salted water, adding chopped garlic and ground red pepper. To salt
2. Put the eggplants and carrots, let the excess water drain. Season with oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with cumin.
