One day I’m dropping off my kids at college, the next day I’m up early at the baseball field ready for a senior baseball session! ⚾️🧢
Most people think baseball and sports portraits can only be at night - especially when it’s full sun like today - but it actually CAN be done and still look creative and dramatic with a little knowledge and some magic lights. 😍☺️

I love it when my seniors bring a piece of who they are into their senior session. 🫶 A sport. A hobby. A passion. Even their pets. Something they’ve worked hard at, grown up doing, or something that’s helped build their confidence along the way. It takes a senior session to a whole different level.

And as parents, we know how much work went into getting them there -on both sides!❤️The practices, all the driving, and coordinating carpools, the early mornings, the late nights, the wins, losses, the best days and the hardest days. Being able to capture that part of their story in a photo means years from now, you’ll be able to look back and remember this season of their life exactly as it was and the person they have become. That's why we do senior photos.🥹
And now I'm tearing up...feeling sentimental these days...as I get ready to send off another senior graduate into the next chapter of his life. 😭🥹

I really enjoyed working with Patrick for his senior session! We started the day with baseball and a little light rain ⚾️🌧️…then met back up that evening for his senior session downtown, where -you guessed it - the rain decided to join us again but luckily not til the very end. 😂 He was the most chill, laid-back, go with the flow senior guy. 👊👏
I love what we captured. His love for baseball. But still HIM.
