Even though I’m mostly a studio photographer, I’m an outdoor kid, a free spirit, and an artist at heart. With everything that’s changed over the last few years, I’ve been wanting to reconnect with that side of myself and create with the elements in mind.

This year feels like the start of new beginnings — my own year of water: ever‑changing, fluid, and evolving It starts with spring showers — Behind the Glass. Summer Underwater. Fall brings humidity. And Winter is Here😉. To me, the world is my studio, and every interaction is art part of the creation.Everything is a work in progress, forever building. Me, always changing. I’ll see where this project goes and share the journey as it unfolds, but until then, enjoy what i create

The first time doing underwater photography — and it definitely won’t be the last. I’m looking to add something new to my offerings, and maybe even something unique to Chicago since you don’t see this style too often.

Thank you Mareèsa and Soroya for helping me out with this. It was such a blast.

BTS from our beach day and the energy was unmatched.
The waves were doing the most, the models were locked in, and every splash felt like pure summer chaos . From diving into the water to those big laughs when the waves hit just right this shoot was all fun, all feeling, all summer vibes.

In her intro video, Alma shares she’s a new freelance face focused on commercial and lifestyle work, passionate about creating more space for petite models and stronger Filipino + Asian American representation in the industry. She also gave a genuine shoutout to the comfortable, creative energy at the studio.
