Accepting 5 more weddings before I’ll be closing my books for 2027
When searching for your wedding photographer, it is important to make sure you align and vibe together. For any couple that is currently in the planning process — ask questions to understand their approach, style, and what their eye is drawn to the most.
For me, I value a variety of aspects on a wedding day but here are my top 5.
1. Your experience as a couple — This is your one and only wedding day and I don’t take that lightly.
2. A relaxed, intentional timeline that allows for space to be present — I encourage my couples to live their wedding day out, not just exist.
3. Authentic moments over perfection — The most natural moments turn out perfect, just trust me.
4. Transparent, timely communication — The one vendor you are locked in with for typically one year at minimum, spending the entire day alongside, and still connected to after the wedding day is over is your photographer. The relationship matters.
5. Last but not least, TRUST — By trusting me, you’re letting go of pressure and giving yourself permission to be fully present.
