I’m so excited to finally share ‘s new mascot Eddie the Eagle! It’s been so much fun, and an absolute honor, to bring UC Academy’s vision of their updated eagle to life. 🦅 Creating Eddie was a unique process to be apart of. I met with the schools marketing team a few months ago to understand their vision and brainstorm ideas, and then I hit the drawing board! He started off as just a sketch. I then turned the sketches into multiple vector graphics using Illustrator. The final product & branding kit included a full “mascot” body, his head, and two athletic full wingspan poses, giving their beloved eagle a more fierce look. Once the mascot was finally finished, the designs were sent off to a mascot making company, which actually brought our feathered friend to real life!Congrats on your new “glow up,” Eddie!
