✨ July through my lens. ✨

One of my favorite things about photography is that no two sessions are ever the same.

Every family has its own story. Every child has a different personality. Some are shy, some are full of energy, and some spend the entire session making everyone laugh. Those little moments—the giggles, the hugs, the curious expressions, and the genuine smiles—are the memories I love capturing most.

While I’m always happy to guide and pose when needed, my favorite images are the ones that happen naturally. The moments you don’t have to force are often the ones you’ll treasure forever.

Here’s a collection of some of my favorite mini sessions from July. I’m so grateful to every family who trusted me to preserve these memories and allowed me to share a small glimpse into their stories.

The laughter between these three was absolutely contagious 🤍 From the constant silliness, to their son eagerly running back in front of my camera every chance he got (and repeatedly trying to convince his mom to dip him 😂), their love for each other was impossible to miss. Sessions like these feel less like work and more like preserving real moments exactly as they are — joyful, playful, and full of connection. Such a wonderful family to work with.”

Grabbed coffee with a new friend and spent the last couple days just creating, learning, and enjoying the little moments behind the camera.

It’s honestly cool how a shared love for Sony and photography turned into a genuine friendship so naturally. We spent time shooting, talking creative ideas, laughing at my camera settings fighting for their life, and learning as we went. Even got me trying to improve my drone skills a little more.

Really grateful for people who encourage creativity and make you feel inspired to keep growing. Some friendships really do start with something as simple as a camera and coffee. ☕️📸
