This was an inspiring night out at .Unplugged with .an.na_ and .i last year. I met so many incredible artists that evening who put themselves out there via spoken word performances. The power in the venue was palpable.
Their confidence bolstered mine. After this event, I spent the majority of last year leaning into the art side of photography, diving in even moreโbuying more equipment, lenses, and lights to allow me to bring my visions and ideas to life.
Social media sucks for mental health. ๐ Itโs full of comparisons, mindless thoughts being shouted into the void, and increasingly more AI slop. Then thereโs the ever-changing algorithmsโฆ(Try running a photography business. ๐ฎโ๐จ)
โก๏ธ Iโm only posting intentionally. Iโll be sharing for me, my tribe, and to inspire others. To show the strength of the people who believe in themselves enough to step in front of my camera and let me show their souls. ๐ฏ
