Jake and Savannah had such a special wedding. The weather was kind enough to hold off and the heat played nice. But at the center of this day was God. Not only was this a day that both of them and their families prayed for, but He was present in so many ways. In the way they had family and friends highlight a favorite verse and leave a note in a Bible as their guest book, prayers by family and friends over them, worship during their ceremony and so many toasts where their faith was mentioned.

Next Sunday is Mother's Day. A day that is personally hard for myself - not only because my own mother is gone, but because of my desire and hope to be a mother. But today is International Bereaved Mother's Day. For all those who have held a life too precious for this world. I dream one day of us all embracing our precious babies - born of heaven or on earth for too little. You are not alone, you are not forgotten, and you are loved by the God above. Praying peace over all those who have lost their precious children, or Mother's or mother figures or children not of their own blood, but of their heart too soon!
May the God above grant you peace!

It is hard to believe that the Class of 2026 will soon be graduating - spreading their wings and exploring the world. In this crazy world I am so grateful just to capture a part of this. Jonah's senior session was full of laughter, fun and spending time just talking! Seriously love getting to know my seniors better! Previews posted, but praying over you and your journey!
