This Mediterranean lamb dish made for a great fancy-date-night atmosphere at our home table. Braised lamb shanks from a recipe with a couple of tweaks to use ingredients I had on hand.

Savory, a little sweet and a nice kick from harissa. Served over basmati rice and roasted cauliflower. Falling off the bone and flavorful. 👌🏻

I think and I are ready for Christmas! We still bought way too much stuff from Amazon, but made an effort to support independent Baltimore shops as well. Cheers to , and , all within a block of our house. and MICA Art Market are always great, and creates natural products straight from the earth. Also to .photo for supplying the camera gear used to take this photo. Wishing for even more Baltimore supporting Baltimore in 2020!
