This is why I love teaching!

At the Hornady Heartland Public Shooting Park, I had the privilege of working with an incredible group of shooters during a two-day training focused on fundamentals, wind reading, position building, and match performance.

The best part wasn't the scores or the impacts—it was watching confidence grow. Seeing shooters understand why something works, make adjustments, and immediately see results is what makes weekends like this so rewarding.

A huge thank you to Hornady and Heartland for the opportunity to teach at such an outstanding facility. I'm grateful for every student who trusted me with their training and brought a positive attitude to learn.

22 shooters. 4 trainings. Countless breakthroughs.

This weekend, 22 shooters showed up ready to learn, improve, and push themselves to the next level.

Over four back-to-back Watchtower trainings, we covered everything from building strong fundamentals to advanced wind strategy, stage planning, technical shooting skills, and mental management. From first-time competitors to experienced match shooters, every student walked away with new knowledge, new confidence, and a stronger process.

What excites me most isn't the impacts on steel—it's watching competitors realize they're capable of more than they thought.

A stronger shooter creates a stronger sport. Every person who invests in learning, asks questions, and commits to improvement helps raise the standard for everyone around them.
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to teach, mentor, and help grow the precision rifle community that has given so much to me.

Big weekend for Watchtower by Powers!
Four trainings. Three days. Back-to-back.

From brand new shooters to experienced competitors, this weekend is all about building stronger foundations, refining technical ability, sharpening wind call strategy, and strengthening the mental game behind precision rifle shooting.
There is nothing more rewarding than helping competitors grow in confidence, skill, and mindset while continuing to grow this sport I love so much.

The Advanced Clinics are officially FULL and we’re almost maxed out across the board. Thank you for the trust, support, and excitement surrounding these trainings.
