There’s a funny thing that happens when you’ve been doing something for a long time…

You can forget that the work you’ve done is actually a BIG freaking deal.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working across branding, creative direction, design, websites and photography.

I’ve styled the food.
Shot the food.
Designed around the images.
Helped shape the brand.
And watched some of that work make its way onto packaging sitting on grocery store shelves far beyond little ol’ Sandpoint, Idaho.

And yet, like a lot of women who’ve been in business a long time, I’ve absolutely had seasons where I’ve questioned whether I should keep talking about certain parts of what I do.

Which is kind of ridiculous when you think about it.

Because you don’t become known by constantly taking yourself out of the game.

You become known by owning the body of work you’ve already built—and continuing to show people what you’re capable of.

So consider this me putting some of mine back on the internet. 😉

It all comes back to the same thing for me:

🕵️ Yep! Code cracked! Just because it worked for her doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. Not because you’re not capable but because she’s not you. You’re not her! 😜
The good news? Each one of us was created uniquely of our own design, which means your Brand Of One™ is set apart from anyone else, you get to sell your way, you get to share your way, you get to show up and market your way and it’s so much harder when you’re trying to fit into someone else’s shoes!
After building personal brands for 15 years for women entrepreneurs I’ve learned the methods work when you make them work for You! Take what you need, leave the rest.
