For those that don’t know, I used to be a healthcare recruiter. I was so unhappy in that job that I just quit. No plans. Just done. I was lost, scared, just praying to get by.

It took me almost a year after the fact to dive into photography and content creation. It took me losing her.

Before I even knew what direction I was headed in career wise, even while being at my 9-5, my Grammy knew. She was, and still is, my biggest cheerleader. I genuinely feel like I can actually see her smiling down at me.

She is my why. ♥︎

There are some sessions that are incredibly hard to put into words.

This was one of the most heartbreaking sessions I’ve ever photographed, but also one I’m so incredibly grateful I was able to capture. Cooper was the sweetest boy, so deeply loved, and such a special part of the Mullinax family.

These photos will always hold a little piece of him - the love, the snuggles, and the bond that made him so special. Sweet Cooper, you are so loved and so missed. ♥︎

They’ve prayed for this. We’ve prayed for this. And my heart couldn’t be happier for them!

One of the sweetest parts of the day was the rainbow that stayed with us for the entire session. It felt like the gentlest reminder that hope has a way of finding us, and that this little miracle is arriving exactly when they’re meant to!
