What a beautiful and blessed day this was.🥰

Roberts Camera, Giovanni's work, let him host a day sponsored by Canon, for Indigenous People's Day. (for a Canon class/workshop)

We were honored to have Kaya Littleturtle, Ethan Oxendine, and Stephanie Big-Eagle share their dances, speak and spend time with everyone who took the class. (also, anyone else who decided to show up)

Forever and ever this will be one of the most cherished memories that Giovanni and me will have. Kaya and Ethan shared and gave so much of themselves and radiated such beautiful medicine, I can say, these friendships are going to be ones we hold near and dear to our hearts always.

I didn't get many shots, since it was a camera class with some amazing cameras already getting hundreds of awesome shots of everyone there, but I did get a few.

Thank you to everyone who came and really help make this such an amazing day. Also, special thanks to the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art for coming and watching, and then giving our relatives passes to go and spend the day at the Museum. We all look forward to bringing some new ideas to life here in Indianapolis.

Tipton Indiana Powwow 2022

Wasn't able to get too many shots this year, for once, Omani didn't feel up to dancing as much as usual. It happens, but they sure did have a blast with their cousins and aunties/uncles. 🥰

This pow wow is special to us. Giovanni and me had our first date here. Then, this was Omani's first powwow to dance at and also, receive money for dancing. Special times and many special memories.

We had fun shooting in the pouring rain at abandoned IPS school #1 late at night! Sometimes our shoots don’t go to plan with the weather, models, etc…but making the best of it and really getting some super fun images! Snor wanted to promote his new merch with some harsh lighting and motion so here we have it! This dude was hilarious and made the chaos super fun! Check him out Snordatdude!!
