A neat thing I get to experience more often than most is the moment someone realizes that they’re about to be proposed to. I get to see someone go through a dozen emotions in about five seconds flat. It’s the type of moment you wish you could bottle up and keep forever.

Meet Kyle! 🚀

Kyle has been with Allstate Exteriors since December of 2019.

He started in field marketing (aka knocking doors 😅)… in the middle of winter… for a roofing company.

Yeah. Not for the faint of heart, and definitely not the easiest way to break into the industry. But he showed up, put in the work, and never looked back.

From there, he worked his way into an Account Manager position. He spent years in the field, running appointments, writing estimates, and working 6 days a week to master the craft.

Fast forward to today…

Kyle is now one of the top trainers in our industry, helping develop and lead the next generation of our team.

Along the way, he’s built more than just a career. He’s built a life. Marriage, two kids, and a future he earned… with a one-way ticket to the top 1%.
