Always keep your eyes open and your creativity on! I captured this last week in a parking lot while leaving a corporate event I shot. Shooting events fry my brain, but I still had my eye out and happened to notice this awesome scene - I think the shot turned out pretty awesome!

The bitingly cold air nips at my face as I trek through the soft powder snow, camera in hand. It is the earliest hours of the morning now, far before the sun has risen. There are already a select few out, beginning to shovel and plow and salt in preparation for a new day. It is freezing cold out, yet the snow covers everything like a warm wool blanket. I enjoy the beauty of the serene moonlight and streetlamps shining through the glittery snowflakes. Eventually the sun will rise and the snow will melt, but for just a few hours everything is frozen right where I want it.
