It was so amazing going back to one of my FAVORITE spots and I am so biased because it’s so special for me too 🤎

I am SOOOO excited I got to meet up with Taylor and Kyle to get photos done before their wedding! I will preach this forever - getting engagement photos done before your wedding will ALWAYS benefit both you and I. I truly helps me see how you guys are like and what posing works best for you two. Plus you guys can get a taste of how I am behind the camera which is absolutely chaotic in a good way 😂

Cheers to these two and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding!!!

“I don’t care about the wedding day.”

Those were the words a lead photographer said to me at one of my first weddings while we were working for a wedding photography company.

That moment made me realize even more how much I love being around my couples and it’s not just a “job” to me.

Now, before anyone comes for me—not every photography company operates this way. There are some incredible companies and photographers out there.

But my advice to every engaged couple is simple: know who’s showing up on your wedding day.

If you want to use a company…meet your photographer beforehand. Ask who’s editing your gallery. Make sure you genuinely connect with the person who’s going to spend 8+ hours by your side on one of the biggest days of your life.

OR… you can find someone local who WILL be in your budget if you search for them accordingly ❤️

Your photographer shouldn’t just be a name on a contract—they should be someone you trust.

Legit the sweetest couple ever and it was such an amazing time with these two love birds! Thank goodness we didn’t reschedule our session when there was supposed to be a tornado 😂 so we missed it and we were able to have this spot all to ourselves and just take our time getting to know each other and seriously, meeting my couples for their engagement session really helps both parties to get even more comfortable so the day of the wedding shows up and you guys already know me & my personality behind the camera 📸 💅🏼

When your bride says she wants to frolic through the grass, run barefoot by the river, climb on the rocks, and get in the water… you say, “f**k yeahhhh let’s do it!” 🤍

Some wedding days aren’t about perfectly posed photos—they’re about letting yourselves soak in the fact that you just married your best friend.

We laughed, got our feet wet, and we created photos that feel exactly like their day did.

This one truly felt like a fairytale, and I don’t think I’ll ever get over it. ✨

Got in front of the camera yesterday and wow. Can’t believe I make my couples do this. 😂

Run down the beach.
Spin in circles.
Walk into the ocean.
Look at each other.
Look away from each other.
Now do it again.

The prompts feel ridiculous all while being behind the camera yelling SO CUTE or ONE MORE!

The photos? Worth every second. ❤️
