Follow my clients, the owners of CASA are truly one of a kind! 🥎
🥎 Meet the Owners Behind Central AR Softball Academy
👉 Jon and Kelsey Messer, along with co-owner Justin Watts
CASA was built from a real experience, not just an idea.
Three years ago, when Jon and Kelsey’s daughter started playing softball, they kept running into the same problem… overcrowded facilities where softball always came second to baseball. After visiting multiple locations and seeing the same thing each time, they made a decision: enough was enough.
CASA was created to be something different, a softball-only facility where girls can focus, grow, and feel confident in their environment.
🥎 Softball is about more than just the game. It’s about helping young athletes grow into strong, confident individuals both on and off the field.
🇺🇸 CASA is proudly Veteran-owned and operated.
Kelsey, with 16 years of Army experience, brings structure, organization, and professionalism to every part of the academy. More importantly, she’s a mom, a leader, and a big part of what makes CASA feel different from any other facility.
Justin, who is currently serving in the Army, brings a mindset rooted in discipline, teamwork, and accountability. His perspective adds another layer of leadership and structure to the academy, helping athletes grow both on and off the field.
Jon, brings a strong passion for developing athletes and creating an environment where hard work and confidence go hand in hand. His focus is on helping each athlete reach their full potential while keeping the game both challenging and rewarding.
This isn’t just a business, it’s a family.
When you walk through the doors at CASA, the goal is simple: to feel welcomed, supported, and at home. A place where athletes are developed the right way and parents can trust the people guiding them.
🥎 CASA is here to build strong athletes, strong character, and a stronger softball community.
