The single highest-return thing you can do before the camera arrives costs nothing: clear the flat surfaces.
Kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, nightstands, the top of the fridge. Every object on a surface is a small piece of visual noise, and in a photo it reads as clutter β which the eye translates, unfairly but instantly, as less space. Empty counters read as room to live.
We'll handle the light, the angles, and the edit. Give us clear surfaces and made beds, and the house will photograph a full size larger than it measures.
