When the light hits just right, the contrast between dark clouds and a glowing sun does all the work.
The deep silhouettes of the trees ground the frame, while the sky shifts from deep blue into warm gold. Soft purples and heavy shadows in the clouds add weight and texture.

The Citizen Promaster Navihawk isn’t just a watch — it’s a serious tool built for navigation and the outdoors.
For this shoot I wanted to show two sides of it:
the clean, sharp product shots in the display box, and the more rugged side paired with real field gear — a Damascus steel knife and a classic compass.
When the lights go down, the lume on the dial and hands lights up and completely changes the mood of the shot.

Highlighting the Seiko SRPD65 in its element.
From the stark, glowing lume in the dark to the stealthy gunmetal finish resting against a trusty 75-300mm lens, this session was all about capturing rugged, mechanical details.
The heavy steel band paired with the grounding weight of the Joshua 1:9 dog tag brings a completely different pace to the usual action and street photography.

Here are this week’s four themes:
1️⃣ Reflections in Motion
Capture a reflection while something in the scene is moving — ripples, people, vehicles, waves, or even the wind.
2️⃣ Tiny World
Get extremely close to a small subject and make it feel like an entire world. Flowers, insects, textures, water drops, leaves, or everyday objects.
3️⃣ Color Contrast
Find two or more colors that strongly stand out against each other. Look for bold combinations in nature, buildings, clothing, signs, or street scenes.
4️⃣ The Decisive Moment
Wait for that one perfect second — a bird taking off, a wave crashing, someone jumping, a vehicle passing, or a genuine reaction.
