A little prep goes a long way, but last-minute cleaning can actually make photos feel rushed. Sellers may not get the dedicated time the photographer needs to carefully capture the best angles, lighting, and details of the home.

Best tip: clean and declutter the day before, then let photo day be calm, polished, and ready to shine. 🏡📸
