I recently had the honor of taking senior photos for two really wonderful sisters. I’m not done editing photos yet because they were so lovely I took too many photos and I can’t decide which are my favorites (“Emily can’t decide” is the refrain for just about everything in our house). Anyway, here’s a hint to how good the shoot was and some of you may get the musical hint to who one of the sisters was. Fun fact: Her performance of this song made me cry. (And Facebook isn’t letting me add the song but Instagram did .. it’ supposed to play Climb Every Mountain.)

No, I don’t consider myself a wedding photographer. But when a woman who was brave enough to go to law school when she had two young kids asked me to photograph her wedding, I was inspired to be brave enough to say yes. Suzy and Chris, your love and joy radiates warmth out to everyone around you. It was the most beautiful day full of love and I was so honored to be a part of it. Congratulations!
