I Win Bronze in Poomsae. Yesterday July 2, 2026, at the prestigious US National Taekwondo Championships held in Charlotte, North Carolina, I had the honor of winning the bronze medal in the poomsae competition on the second day of the event. Competing on such a significant stage was both challenging and inspiring. I put my heart and soul into each movement, focusing on precision, strength, and technique, and I am proud that my hard work paid off with a podium finish.This achievement is not just mine alone it reflects the countless hours of training, dedication, and perseverance that I have invested along the way. It also represents the incredible support system around me. Thanking Lord God Jesus Christ for everything. Their belief in me made a huge difference.I also want to extend my deepest thanks to the Masters and coaches of my dojang Korean Tiger Martial Arts at Fort Woth, Texas. who have guided me with their wisdom, expertise, and patience. Their mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my skills and mindset, preparing me for moments like this. Their commitment to my growth both as an athlete and a person means the world to me.Looking ahead, I am now preparing for the sparring competition, which will take place on the final day of the championships, July 5. Sparring presents a different set of challenges and requires a blend of strategy, speed, and resilience. I am eager to take on this next opportunity, confident in my abilities and ready to give it my all.Winning the bronze medal in poomsae is a proud milestone on my taekwondo journey, but it is just the beginning. I am excited to continue learning, competing, and striving for excellence in the days to come.
