In 2021 I went on a journey.🚶🏿 A journey to find who I was outside of my children and husband. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦I am STILL on that journey because it's always new heights. 🎢

I lost 42 pounds.⬇️ I gained a new skill. ⚱️I fell in love with myself. 💜I found new ways to parent and learned to speak my needs.

In 2022 you all will be seeing the fruits 🍇🍎of those seeds🌱 I sowed in 2021. Please follow this journey🛣️ with us and grow with us.

I have kept it hidden pretty well, but recently my mental has been taking me in circles. That is the reason we began a new route with the company.

We have founded pottery and it has helped. We have also found a few tricks and pages that have helped me along the way.

Mental health was not discussed in my childhood home. I knew nothing about it. Even experiencing post partum was something new. Luckily I have a strong circle that is able to reach me each and Everytime.

This post is to being awareness, but to also thank those who have been my stable place. I can only hope one day I can return the amount of care you put into me and my mental.

So if you are a mixologist then alcohol now your craft. Same thing as having a boutique, Fashion is your art.

Just Expressin Art is adding more art to our craft. We have began and we will be perfecting our craft and begin producing items for sale.
