Looking confident and polished in your senior photos is always a win…but if you’re planning to rush, the real goal is being memorable for being YOU.

The people meeting you during recruitment should feel like the person in the photos is the exact same one standing in front of them.

Not hidden behind a trend, not outshined by an outfit, not trying to fit into a look that isn’t really yours.

So absolutely, choose outfits that photograph well, keep things clean and classic so YOU are the focus.

But if there’s something that’s totally your thing (your signature jewelry, your go to style, the little details that make you feel like yourself!!) bring that energy. Because the most important thing you can do for rush photos is simple…show up as you, in the photos and in person. 💕

Wardrobe malfunctions are just part of the deal sometimes.

It’s hot (like…h3ll’s gates hot!), there’s wind, we’re moving around trying different poses, changing outfits, and sometimes fabrics just decide not to cooperate…things slip, it happens.

AND THAT’S OKAY!!

I will never let a wardrobe mishap take over your session. We’ll pause and fix it in the moment, adjust how something is sitting, or if needed I’ll make a little tweak in editing (yes…even if that means drawing on a dress to save the shot!!) 😉

The goal is always the same, you feeling confident sharing your photos, loving how you look in them, and never stressing about some unexpected surprise hiding in your gallery.

Because I’ve got you covered…literally!

I’m the photographer! I’m not gonna boss you around on what to wear, who can be at your session, or tell you you’re too loud, too silly, or too weird (because I PROMISE you, you’re not and I’ll likely be the one being extra!, anyway!)

My only job here is to guide, style, and help you feel confident and comfortable during your session.

Comfy and confident enough so you feel good letting your personality shine, coming out of your shell, and just having a blast.

This is just a small chapter of your big bright beautiful life and we want to capture who you really are in this season, because you’re the main character. 💖

Life is way too boring if you spend it trying to blend in with everyone else.

The best people I know are the ones who lean into their quirks, their weird interests, their bold style, and just let themselves exist exactly as they are. (and they have the most fun!!)

Dance when it’s a little inappropriate, wear the outfit people say is “too much”, geek out about the things you love, and let your personality take up space.

And PLEASE bring that energy to your senior session.

Of course, we’ll make you look amazing and we’ll get the beautiful, flattering photos, but the real magic appears when you stop trying to be what you think you’re “supposed” to be and just show up as YOU.

Because THAT is the version of you I want to capture. 🥰

Picking dresses and outfits for your session is a breeze, and we can focus on the fun stuff (locations, styles, and the VIBE you want to see in your gallery!)

And it’s a one and done thing, once you know your colors, you’ve got that info for life!

Shopping gets easier, getting dressed feels simple, and you always know what actually works for you.

Let me just say it loud and clear for the seniors in the back…spray tans for senior photos are not it!!

I’m allll about a little glow and warmth in your photos, but let ME be the one to give it to you.

Spray tans don’t play nice with cameras, they highlight blotches, uneven color, and even the tiniest lines (and yes, we all have them!!).

I promise, I can make your skin look sun kissed, radiant, and absolutely stunning without any streaky fake tan stress.

Now who’s going to make a pact to skip the spray tan for their photos?? 👀

Protecting your teen is part of the gig (and it’s a BIG part for me!!)

So, every week I spend hours removing and blocking creepy followers because the safety of my seniors is my top priority.

There’s no reason a random stranger from halfway across the world should be lurking in the comments or sliding into DMs.

If there’s no good reason for someone to be looking at my seniors…they don’t get to. Period!

Your teen’s comfort (and your comfort!), safety, and peace of mind come first, and I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure their space stays safe and fun for THEM. 💕

I always do consult calls before every session, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything!!

It’s our chance to chat about outfits, locations, your vibe, and all the little details so we’re totally on the same page.

But more than that, it gives you a chance to ask questions, get comfy with me, and know exactly what to expect before the session ever begins.

By the time your session rolls around, there’s no first meeting awkwardness, and no guessing, just you, relaxed, confident, and ready to have fun!

So we can both focus on creating authentic, meaningful photos and having a great experience too!

Some things look amazing in real life but…don’t always translate the same way in photos.

Color, texture, or busy patterns can all change how something reads on camera, and sometimes it just overwhelms the image.

And it draws attention away from the real focus…YOU! (you’re the main character, we can’t have that!!)

That’s why I love keeping things timeless, flattering, and classic, so your photos feel like you, your gallery looks beautiful, and these memories from this chapter of your life, are ones you LOVE looking back on. 💕
