My experience with RideNow McKinney’s service department was very disappointing. Communication was poor, my warranty concerns were mishandled, and the process felt inefficient from start to finish. Derek in the service department provided little support or professionalism. Based on both my experience and the company’s service reputation, I would not recommend this location for repairs or warranty work.
