I had no idea how many Highland cattle I would find…

I reached out to a cattle owner in Utah hoping to photograph a few Highland cows.
When I arrived, he took me to a pasture at the base of a mountain with around 50 cattle.
Cows everywhere.
The challenge became where to even start.
Then Elsa stepped forward.
Close. Still. Perfect.
That moment made the entire trip worth it.
