Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake 🤤
Decadent Scarlet Cookie Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons red food coloring
3 large eggs
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring.
Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended. Pour this mixture over the crust.
Bake for 45 minutes. The center should be slightly wobbly.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer.
Refrigerate overnight, topped with crushed Oreos before serving.
