I had the opportunity to create some launch content for this upcoming wellness space in Commerce, Michigan, and if you’re passionate about holistic wellness, better hydration, conscious living, or wellness experiences in Metro Detroit… keep this fellow Well keep on your radar.

Watching women with the most remarkable hearts — women who lead with service, integrity, and genuine care for others — win will forever be one of my favorite things.

Celebrating my sweet friend and the beautiful grand opening of HART Mortgage’s new building was such a reminder that success rooted in love, people, and purpose always feels different.

There’s something incredibly powerful about witnessing a business grow while still keeping humanity at the center of everything they do.

Three years ago, I co-hosted a series of Candlelit Yoga Detroit experiences with Sarah Jane D'Agostino of Sarah D'Agostino … and we watched each event fill with people dropping into something you could feel.

Over 100 people.
Candlelight. Movement. Sound. Presence.

And now, we’re bringing that energy back.

I’m still co-hosting this experience—and I also got to support it from another lens, capturing promotional images for Demetrius Thomas♠️ Therapeutic Sounds with D to help bring this event to life beyond the room.

Because this is what matters.

Creating powerful in-person experiences…
and making sure they’re seen, shared, and continue to grow.
